...meet Cheese Bread! Originally called "Pão de Queijo" in brazilian portuguese, these yummy golden balls are powered by cassava and (a looooot!) of swiss cheese. Few and great-quality ingredients come together to create a thin, crispy crust with a warm, stretchy, cheesy center. That contrast is what makes it surprisingly rich and different.

We are Thiago & Julia, a brazilian foodie couple who love discovering new landscapes, cultures and tastes. During our adventures, one question kept following us: how come Cheese Bread, loved by so many people, is still barely known to the world?
So we are here to put this irresistible snack where it belongs: ON THE BIG STAGE! Our mission is to make Cheese Bread Europe's next grab-and-go favorite, right up there with croissants, pretzels, empanadas.... And most importantly, bring a unique flavor and joy with every bite!
