Cheese bread belongs on the big stage!
We are Thiago & Julia, a brazilian foodie couple who love discovering new landscapes, cultures and tastes. During our adventures, one question kept following us: how come Cheese Bread, loved by so many, is still unknown in Europe?
Not An Ordinary Bread is a true Brazilian classic, made with Swiss cheese. Our mission is to make it Europe's next grab-and-go favourite, right up there with croissants, pretzels and empanadas.
Opening soon in Zürich.
Our first grab-and-go kiosk is almost ready. Drop your email and you'll be first to know the address — and the opening date.
Questions, answered.
Gluten-free usually means dry and sad. Is this?
No. Cheese Bread is gluten-free by nature, made from tapioca starch, never from "fixed" wheat. Crispy, chewy and indulgent, with no compromise. It just happens to be gluten-free.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within Zürich city. Order on our shop or on WhatsApp and we'll take care of the rest.
How do I store and bake it?
Keep frozen at −18 °C until ready to bake. Preheat to 180 °C, place the frozen pieces 4 cm apart and bake 25–30 minutes until puffed and golden. No thawing needed.
Keep it frozen for up to 3 months.
When are you opening the kiosk?
Very soon, in Zürich. Drop your email and you'll be the first to get the exact date and address.
Do you offer franchise or wholesale?
Yes — we're building the network across Europe. Write to letstalk@notanordinarybread.com and we'll get back to you.
